Shipping Policy

Purchases made in our online store are shipped by MRW and/or Correos. Once the order has been placed and payment has been received in our bank, always on working days, your order will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours. Some items may take longer but are in stock, in which case you will be notified by email.

• Delivery at home: The shipment will be made by The courier company MRW. The delivery time at home will be 48 hours (working days) and depending on the target population and delegation, MRW could take up to 72 hours.
• In some cases and depending on the availability of the product, our incident team will contact you to give you a solution and to inform you of the delivery time when the selected product is available.
• The courier company usually delivers in business hours, so if you have any schedule preference for delivery between tomorrow or afternoon you can indicárnosla in the commentary of the order and MRW will try to meet you as far as your route possibilities and Schedule.
• To guarantee the quality of our shipments, these are made by leading couriers in the transport sector. Shipments may be subject to delays to other causes of the agency, but the company will contact the customer to inform you if it is the case.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For shipments to all other countries, the following rules apply:

• Don’t ask for items that are illegal to import in your country.
• Laws vary in each country. It is your responsibility to check with the Customs office to see if your country allows the shipment of our products. The consumer has the obligation to pay the corresponding taxes of his purchase in his country.
• If the parcel is confiscated by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not reimburse you for your money. If we receive the package, we guarantee that we will return the cost of the product, reducing shipping costs.
• You pay the shipping costs based on the weight of the package and the destination. For a purchase outside Andorra andSpain, please contact us by email for your order and we will inform you of the shipping costs.

DELIVERIES : !IMPORTANT!

The management of orders and deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, depending on the transport agency. We do not accept returns on orders that have already left the warehouse.

Before accepting the package:
