1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser in order to work, remember your preferences or measure how it is used. In this policy, “cookies” also covers similar technologies such as the browser’s local storage. It applies to naturaljovid.com, whose controller is Salut i Natura, SLU (Carrer de l’Aigüeta, 22, 1r 5B, AD500 Andorra la Vella, Andorra · info@naturaljovid.com).
2. Categories
- Necessary (always active). They allow the website to work securely, let you buy and pay for your orders, keep your basket, sign in to your account, remember your language and remember your cookie choice. They do not require consent.
- Order attribution (WooCommerce). First-party cookies that record where you came to the website from (for example, a search engine or a link) so we can see, in aggregate, which channels generate orders. They are not shared with third parties.
- Analytics. Google Analytics 4 (Google), managed through Cloudflare Zaraz, to count visits and understand in aggregate how the website is used. They are only activated if you accept them.
We do not use advertising or social media cookies.

YouTube videos on the blog are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com): YouTube does not set cookies until you press play.
4. Recipients and transfers
Data from security, analytics and form-protection cookies is processed by Cloudflare, Inc. and Google, which may process it in the United States with the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.
5. How to accept, reject or change your choice
On your first visit you will see a banner with three options of equal prominence: Accept all, Reject all and Customise. If you do not choose, no analytics cookies are set, and rejecting them does not stop you using the website or buying. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the cookie button in the bottom corner or here: Cookie settings. Your choice is stored for 12 months; after that we will ask you again.
