We only share it when necessary to provide the service, with providers acting as processors under contract, or when required by law:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Webempresa Europa, S.L.U.<\/strong> (Spain, EU): website and database hosting.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cloudflare, Inc.<\/strong> (United States, with a European base in Ireland): content delivery network, website security and cookie consent management.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Redsys Servicios de Procesamiento, S.L.<\/strong> (Spain, EU) and the relevant bank: secure card payment processing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Transport and courier companies:<\/strong> delivery of orders (name, shipping address and phone).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Google Ireland Limited \/ Google LLC<\/strong> (Ireland \/ United States): usage statistics (Google Analytics, only if you accept it) and form spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Accounting and tax advisers:<\/strong> bookkeeping and tax compliance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Public authorities, courts and regulators<\/strong>, where required by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. International transfers<\/h2>\n<p>Some providers (Cloudflare and Google) may process data outside Andorra and the European Union, in particular in the United States. In these cases, transfers are made with the safeguards provided for in the LQPD and, where applicable, the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or the provider\u2019s certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Security<\/h2>\n<p>We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted and protected access, backups and regular security reviews of the website. Payments are processed on the secure Redsys gateway.<\/p>\n<h2>6.
